摘要: 利用荧光探针技术研究水溶性高分子在溶液中的构象转变近年来引起了广泛的注意[1-3]。这不仅是由于水溶性高聚物的实际应用日益增多,而且它还可能作为某种生化模拟体系,为研究了解复杂的生化体系提供有用资料。

Abstract: A new kind of fluorescence probe was synthesized. Based on its sensitivity to the change of environment,this probe was used to detect the structure of the amphiphilic watersoluble polymer in aqueous solution.Results show that there is a hydrophobic microdomain of polymer detected by this method very clearly.
