铜(Ⅱ)与明胶络合反应的酸效应研究

摘要: 本文利用分光光度法,测定了pH值为80~130时,Cu2+与明胶的络合比.结果发现,随溶液pH值的增大,其络合比增加.这是因为在该pH值范围内,明胶发生去质子化作用而带负电,提供了更多的NH2—和COO-.通过络合物的荧光光谱表明,由于Cu2+与明胶分子的强烈络合作用,使得Cu2+成为明胶有效的荧光猝灭剂.

Abstract: The ratio of chelates of Cu2+ with gelatin in pH value range between 8.0 to 13.0 is determined by spectrophotometry. Result shows that the ratio increases with increasing pH value. Because the protons are removed from the gelatin molecule in this pH value range. The gelatin molecule provides many amino groups and carboxyl ions. Therefore the Cu2+ is a effective fluorsescence quenching agent due to a strong chelation between Cu2+ and gelatin molecule.
