溶胶凝胶法制备Y2O3:Eu发光薄膜

摘要: 以无机盐为水解原料,用溶胶 凝胶法制备了透明、稳定的前驱液,加入适量的成膜物质聚乙烯醇后,用浸渍拉提法在石英玻璃表面得到均匀的溶胶膜,经过室温干燥和低温处理的薄膜再于一定的温度下烧结,得到了红光发射掺铕的氧化钇薄膜.通过X射线衍射对膜的结构进行表征,表明在600℃时就开始了晶化,在900℃时形成单相Y2O3晶体.激发光谱和发射光谱显示,在220nm和260nm之间有很宽的激发峰,最强峰在236nm处,而发射主峰在614nm处,是一种很好的红光发射薄膜材料.

Abstract: Stable and transparent Yttria doped europium sol was prepared by Sol-Gel Method with inorganic salt as raw materials.The smooth film can be formed by adding appreciate additive.The gel film can be prepared by dip coating technique on the surface of quartz glass.After drying at room temperature for several minutes,then the sample is sintered at certain temperature.The red-emission Y2O3:Eu thin film is formed.The structures were analyzed by XRD.The excitation spectra have a wide excitation peak between 200 nm to 260 nm and the peak wavelength is centered at 236 nm.The emission peak wavelength is at 614 nm.It shows an excellent red-emission.
