掺铜TiO2光催化剂光催化氧化还原性能的研究

Photocatalytic Redox Performance of Copper Doped TiO2 Photocatalyst

摘要: 利用浸渍法制备了掺铜二氧化钛光催化剂,分别以乙酸降解和二氧化碳还原反应为探针,研究了催化剂的光催化氧化光催化还原性能.结果表明,铜掺杂能显著提高催化剂的光催化性能;结合光电子能谱、X光衍射分析等物理表征结果,对铜掺杂改性机制进行了讨论.

Abstract: Copper doped titanium dioxide was prepared by impregnation of TiO2 materials with aqueous solution of Cu(NO3)2 under ultrasonic irradiation, followed by calcinations at 450 ℃. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The photocatalytic activity of the doped catalysts were evaluated using the reaction of photocatalytic oxidation of acetic and photocatalytic reduction of CO2. The results show that the photocatalytic activity can be significantly improved by doping copper. The raised content of adsorbed oxygen and coexistence of Cu2+ and Cu+ are likely to be two of the reasons responsible for the improved photocatalytic activity.
