Ag(PHZ)NO3对PTG材料热显影性能的影响

The Influence of Ag(PHZ)NO3 on the Thermal Development Performances of Photothermographic Material

摘要: 为了考察酞嗪在PTG材料热显影过程中的作用,制备了硝酸银与酞嗪(Phthalazine,PHZ)的配合物Ag(PHZ)NO3,SEM照片显示该配合物为棱柱状晶体.研究了Ag(PHZ)NO3对PTG材料热显影性能的影响.结果表明,与酞嗪相比,同等显影条件下使用Ag(PHZ)NO3能降低胶片的影像密度及灰雾,但显影银的形貌结构和尺寸大小并未发生明显变化.文中讨论了Ag(PHZ)NO3对热显影性能产生影响的原因.

Abstract: In order to investigate the role of phthalazine(PHZ) in the thermal development of photothermographic(PTG)material,silver complex[Ag(PHZ)NO3] was synthesized by the reaction of silver nitrate and phthalazine,and the SEM image showed that the compound was prismatic crystal.The influence of Ag(PHZ)NO3 on the thermal development performances of PTG Material was studied.The results showed that,compared with phthalazine,Ag(PHZ)NO3 lowered the developed silver density and the haze in the same development conditions,whereas the morphology and the size of the developed silver was not changed obviously.How does Ag(PHZ)NO3 influence the thermal development was discussed.
