电位法测定明胶的还原性

摘要: 使用电位滴定法测定了30种不同类型的LAG明胶的还原性,并进行了比较。结果表明:不同工艺过程,不同原料所制造的明胶的还原性大不相同。即使是同属于一种类型的惰胶,它们的还原性仍表现出了很大的差别。由于工艺条件的不同,明胶中还原组份的组成和化学本性可以有较大的差别,从而导致明胶的还原性质也会大不相同。这在一定程度上能解释同一类型的惰胶在照相性能上的差别。

Abstract: The reducing properties of photographic gelatins have been determined and compared by potential titration. The magnitude of the reducing property of different kinds of gelatins can be arranged in the following sequence: active > semi-active> inert >deionized. The inert gelatins of the same kind have been shown to be different in their reducing property. This difference can be attributed to the different kind and amount of reducing agents contained in gelatin, depending on the processing technology of gelatin manufacture and post-treatment. The results of reducing property in present paper can be used to explain, in part, the difference of various gelatins in their photographic property.
