Abstract: Ultra-weak luminescence results from a series of oxidative radical reaction to lipid and organic peroxide formation. The results showed that the luminescence was increased after adding Feton solution and its intensity depended on concentration of Feton solution. The ·OH-in-duced photon emission decayed according to exponential decay. The variation of the luminescence might involve directly the ·OH radical participation of 1O2 generation reactions. This paper deals with the charactristics of OH-induced photon emission of human serum.
