Abstract: In order to investigate the diagnostic value of CT combined with high-resolution pelvic MRI in colorectal cancer,179 suspected patients with colorectal cancer were selected in this study. All subjects were examined by CT and pelvic MRI. T stage, negative predictive value, positive predictive value and diagnostic efficacy were compared and observed. The results showed that the accuracy of CT in T staging was 92.11%,and the accuracy of T staging was 98.68% with CT+ high-resolution pelvic MRI. Compared with CT detection, CT+ high-resolution pelvic MRI detection showed low positive predictive value, low specificity and high accuracy, but there was no statistical significance between the two (P>0.05). Compared with CT detection, CT+ high-resolution pelvic MRI detection had higher negative predictive value and sensitivity, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). CT combined with high-resolution pelvic MRI scan for the detection of colorectal cancer patients can improve the detection rate of the disease and improve the accuracy.
