MRI联合多层螺旋CT在股骨头缺血性坏死中的诊断效果

Diagnostic Effect of MRI Combined with Multislice Spiral CT in Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

摘要: 本文探究磁共振成像(MRI)联合多层螺旋CT在股骨头缺血性坏死中的诊断效果及影像学特点。选取96例股骨头缺血性坏死患者作为研究对象,全部患者均接受MRI、多层螺旋CT诊断。分析各个分期的影像学特征及不同诊断方式对股骨头缺血性坏死分期的诊断效果。结果表明,与单一的MRI、多层螺旋CT诊断比较,MRI联合多层螺旋CT的诊断准确率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与单一的MRI、多层螺旋CT诊断比较,MRI联合多层螺旋CT在Ⅰ期的诊断准确率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与多层螺旋CT诊断比较,MRI技术在Ⅰ期的诊断准确率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI联合多层螺旋CT可以有效提高股骨头缺血性坏死疾病的诊断准确性,并且提高Ⅰ期的诊断准确率。

Abstract: This study explored the diagnostic effect and imaging characteristics of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) combined with multislice spiral CT in avascular necrosis of femoral head. 96 patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head were selected as research subjects. All patients were diagnosed by MRI and multislice spiral CT. The imaging features of each stage and the diagnostic effect of different diagnostic methods on the stage of avascular necrosis of femoral head were compared. The results showed that compared with single MRI and multislice spiral CT, the diagnostic accuracy of MRI combined multislice spiral CT was higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with single MRI and multislice spiral CT, the diagnostic accuracy of MRI combined multislice spiral CT in stage I was higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with multislice spiral CT, the diagnostic accuracy of MRI was higher in stage I, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). MRI combined with multislice spiral CT can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of avascular necrosis of femoral head, and improve the diagnostic accuracy of stage I.
