摘要: 对半导体电极表面进行修饰,使它能吸收与太阳.光谱相匹配波长范围的光和具有良好电化学活性是光电化学研究领域中的一个课题.

Abstract: The photo electrochemical behavior of a novel modified CdS electrode was studied.The photocurrent of the modified electrode in aqueous solution showed a considerable increase and the photocurrent spectrum showed a new peak.It was concluded that a newcompound was formed on the surface of the CdS electrode and the photocurrent of themodified CdS electrode was the sum of that of CdS and the new compound.
