多层螺旋CT诊断先天性心脏病患儿大血管部分畸形的研究

Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Partial Malformation of Large Vessels in Children with Congenital Heart Disease

摘要: 本研究探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)诊断大血管部分畸形先天性心脏病患儿的临床价值。选取经手术证实的125例先天性心脏病患儿作为研究对象,其中41例为大血管部分畸形先天性心脏病患儿,另外84例为心内结构异常的先天性心脏病患儿。对125例患儿的多层螺旋CT影像学资料进行回顾性分析,统计分析MSCT与其诊断结果的一致性。MSCT对大血管部分畸形先天性心脏病与心内先天性心脏病的鉴别诊断灵敏度为92.68%、特异度为94.05%;心脏彩超对大血管部分畸形先天性心脏病与心内先天性心脏病的鉴别诊断灵敏度为73.17%、特异度为90.48%。MSCT诊断大血管部分畸形先天性心脏病患儿作为一种无创手段,较心脏超声具有更高的灵敏度。

Abstract: The diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in the diagnosis of large vascular malformations in children with congenital heart disease. One hundred and twenty-five children with congenital heart disease confirmed by surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects, of which 41 were children with congenital heart disease with partial malformation of large vessels, and the other 84 were children with congenital heart disease with abnormal heart structures. The imaging data of 125 children with multi-slice spiral CT were retrospectively analyzed, and the consistency between MSCT and its diagnosis results was statistically analyzed. MSCT has a sensitivity of 92.68% and a specificity of 94.05% in the differential diagnosis of congenital heart disease and intracardiac congenital heart disease with partial malformation of large vessels. The differential diagnosis sensitivity of internal congenital heart disease was 73.17%, specificity was 90.48%, MSCT is a non-invasive method for diagnosing partial malformations of large vessels in children with congenital heart disease, which has higher sensitivity than cardiac ultrasound.
