Abstract: The factors affecting the leakage of contrast agent in magnetic resonance enhanced scan and the related nursing problems were studied. 36 patients with contrast media leakage were in the experimental group, and 30 patients without contrast media leakage were in the control group. Clinical data of the two groups was collected and analyzed. The results showed that the contrast agent leakage in the experimental group was higher than in the control group (P<0.05) in patients with age ≤ 10 years old or ≥ 65 years old, patients with vascular diseases and neoplastic diseases, puncture veins, rapid injection speed and high injection osmotic pressure. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age, patient disease, intravenous injection rate, and high osmotic pressure were the significant influencing factors for contrast agent leakage. In addition, the leakage degree of scalp needle was higher than closed indwelling needle (P<0.05).Nurses observe the venipuncture process, accurately select the venipuncture vein, and use the high-pressure syringe properly, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of contrast agent leakage.
