Abstract: Photovoltaic properties of two-layer organic thin film solar cells were investigated.Phthalocyanines(MPc)and perylene derivative(PTC)were employed for P-type and N-typelayers,respectively.PTC and MPc dyes were deposited on an indium tin oxide(ITO)coat-ed glass by conventional vacuum evaporation. The results show that the conversion efficiencies of the cells were affected by different kinds of MPc.
