Abstract: Dye sensitized nanocrystalline ZnO films have been grown by cathodic electro deposition from dimethylsulfoxide solutions containing ZnCl2 and perylene derivative on ITO glass at stable temperature (65-80 ℃). The mean grain size of the particles is about 300 nm.

Key words: inorganic-organic hybrid, electro deposition, ZnO film, perylene dye
