Abstract: In this research, 82 patients with breast cancer (BC) in our hospital were selected as the study group. And 82 patients with benign breast tumors during the same period were selected as the control group. The diagnostic value of ultrasound parameters combined with serum osteopontin (OPN) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) on BC were explored, as well as the correlation with the pathological characteristics of BC. The results showed that the levels of RI, PI, serum OPN and IL-1β in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). PI, RI, serum OPN, IL-1β levels were positively correlated with clinical stage, tumor diameter and distant metastasis (P<0.05). PI, RI, OPN, IL-1β in the patients with good prognosis were lower than those with poor prognosis (P<0.05). The AUC of ultrasound parameters combined with serum OPN and IL-1β to diagnose BC was 0.900, and the AUC for predicting prognosis was 0.875. It shows that there are abnormalities in ultrasound parameters and serum OPN and IL-1β levels in BC patients, and the degree of abnormality is closely related to the pathological characteristics of the disease. The ultrasound parameters and the levels of related serum factors can be used to identify breast lesions to guide clinical treatment plans.
