有机P-N结太阳能电池的研究

摘要: 近年来,以有机化合物作为光电转换材料的研究报道很多。与无机半导体相比,由于有机化合物的分子结构可以自行设计合成,材料选择余地大,可望达到易得而价廉的目标产物,特别是叶琳、酞著(McP)、花红P(TC)等有机光敏化合物,吸收在可见光范围内且化学性能稳定,是目前广泛研究的对象。在太阳能电池方面,由花红、酞著组成的有机P-N结太阳能电池,由于它具有高转换效率而引起了人们的注意。

Abstract: Photovoltaic properties of two-layer organic thin film solar cells were investigated.Phthalocyanines(MPc)and perylene derivative(PTC)were employed for P-type and N-typelayers,respectively.PTC and MPc dyes were deposited on an indium tin oxide(ITO)coat-ed glass by conventional vacuum evaporation.The results show that the conversion efficiencies of the cells were affected by different kinds of MPc.
