10-(4-联苯基)-2-异丙基噻吨酮硫鎓六氟磷酸的合成与表征

Study on the Preparation of 10-(4-biphenyl)-2-isopropyithioxanthone Sulfonium Hexafluorophosphate Salt

摘要: 以2-异丙基硫杂蒽酮为原料,乙腈为溶剂经硝酸铈铵氧化得到中间体2-异丙基硫杂蒽酮亚砜,在硫酸存在的条件下,再与联苯反应得到锍盐中间体,最后以醇类和水为混合溶剂,锍盐中间体与六氟磷酸钾进行离子交换得到10-(4-联苯基)-2-异丙基噻吨酮硫鎓六氟磷酸,通过紫外光谱、红外光谱和核磁共振测定,对产物进行了结构确证。

Abstract: 2-isopropylthioxanthone(ITX) was oxidated by eerie ammonium nitrate in the mixture of acetonitrile and water to give the corresponding ITX sulphoxide,Then 10-(4-biphenyl)-2-isopropy-lthioxanthone sulfonium hexafluorophosphate salt was obtained by the reaction of the ITX sulpoxide with biphenyl in the present of acetic acid,dichloromethane and concentrated sulphuric acid to give the corresponding sulfonium salt,which was exchanged with KPF6.The structure of 10-(4-biphenyl)-2-isopropylthioxanthone sulfonium hexafluorophosphate salt was identified by UV,IR and H-NMR.
