Abstract: This paper discussed the application value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of type Ⅱ cornual pregnancy and tubal interstitial pregnancy. Chosen 44 cases of Ⅱ type cornual pregnancy and 38 cases of tubal interstitial pregnancy to analyzed the differences between the results of ultrasonography and surgical pathology. The accuracy of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of tubal interstitial pregnancy and cornual pregnancy were 78.95% and 86.36% with difference had no statistically significant (P>0.05). In the ultrasonic features of cornual pregnancy, the proportion of protruding lesion mass was significantly lower than that of tubal interstitial pregnancy (P<0.05), while the proportion of cornual intrauterine asymmetry was significantly higher than that of tubal interstitial pregnancy (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the ultrasonic characteristics of lesion location, corneal myometrium symmetry, boundary, peripheral muscular layer, endometrial continuity and stromal line sign between uterine horn pregnancy and stromal pregnancy (P>0.05). The proportion of vaginal bleeding in cornual pregnancy was significantly higher than that in tubal interstitial pregnancy (P<0.05). Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound has good value in the diagnosis of type Ⅱ cornual pregnancy and tubal interstitial pregnancy.
