Abstract: To investigate the value of ultrasound E imaging in the diagnosis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). 120 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver were selected as the NAFLD group, and another 50 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy control group. Ultrasound E imaging was performed in both groups. Evaluate the diagnostic value of Young's modulus value to NAFLD and different pathological stages of NAFLD. Young's modulus value of NAFLD group was significantly higher than that of the healthy control group. With the aggravation of pathological stages, the Young's modulus value gradually increased (P<0.05). Young's modulus value has a high differential diagnosis value for NAFLD in different pathology of liver cirrhosis, liver fibrosis, and hepatitis. Enhanced young's modulus in patients with NAFLD can be used for clinical diagnosis of NAFLD and differential diagnosis of different pathological stages.
