明胶氧化产物的分子量分布

摘要: 氧化明胶是最近二十年来开发并逐步完善起来的一个照相明胶的新品种.文献中Moll[1]等做过氧化明胶的制备及性质的研究.Maskasky[2]做过氧化明胶对卤化银晶形的调变作用的研究.明胶的氧化深度对于明胶卤化银乳剂微晶性能有重要的影响.然而,深度的氧化是否会导致明胶分子量分布的变化,文献中还没有有关报道.

Abstract: The molecular weight distributions of oxidized gelatin was determined by the improved SDS-PAGE method. The experimental results showed that when oxidation duration was shorter than 24 hours at 40℃ and the amount of hydrogen peroxide added was less than 60mmol/g gelatin , the molecular weight distribution of oxidized gelatin had no remarkable change . These two factors may be considered as the safe conditions for H2O2-oxidation of gelatins.
